Dear Parents/Guardians,
Summer seems to move so quickly! I hope that you and your families are enjoying some quality time together while school is not in session, but rest assured that preparations are underway to ensure that your children have all of the necessary resources for a successful 2023 – 2024 school year. My focus for your child’s school year is their transportation resources.
On behalf of Juniata County School District and Rohrer Bus, I want your child to get to and from school safely and on time. We have a dedicated group of drivers, some of whom are district parents, who work diligently to ensure the safety of our children. We are still looking for more members for our team!
There are definite perks to a school transportation job that are a fantastic option for some people. These jobs work great for stay-at-home parents and retirees. Please check out the attached flier and take a few moments to see if something like this might be a good fit for yourself, a family member or someone you know.
We have a geographically large district and it takes a village to make sure that our children reach school from all the corners of the district. We also drive to and from athletic events, field trips and specialized outings. Please consider joining the effort and being a part of our children’s educational team!
