JCSD Families,

From the time I was a child, I have always enjoyed looking at the Christmas lights and decorations that have been so carefully placed in the yards and on the houses of our neighbors. During this time of joy and inspiration, I am thankful for family, friends and community. As we move into the New Year, my family has been fortunate to be granted health and prosperity, and we will be praying for those who have been less fortunate during these unprecedented times. My hope is the New Year will bring an end to this COVID scourge currently challenging our communities and spread good will and good health to all. I would like to ask each of you to take time to enjoy some chocolate cookies or whatever kind is your favorite, cheer for your favorite football team, chase a whitetail with your muzzleloader or share time with family and friends if possible. In other words, take some time to rejuvenate, renew and enjoy the season.

I wish each of you a Happy Holidays and a Joyous New Year.
